    美國Texas A&M University化學工程博士學位,并獲得Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center的安全工程認證,隨后繼續在Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center擔任博士后研究員和實驗室主任,并被聘為化工系講師,講授化工過程安全核心課程。期間訪問Texas A&M University 卡塔爾校區凤彩网官网,作為兼職研究員開展科研工作,并支持卡塔爾校區安全學科的建立與發展凤彩网官网。

    主要技術服務的成果包括:對美國OSHA過程安全管理(PSM)法規的修改提供專家意見,確保新法規的合理和全面性。PSM是世界范圍內廣泛接受的規范,對于修改的指導意見將對世界范圍的過程安全實踐產生深遠影響。領導團隊發展實驗室事故數據庫凤彩网官网,并做事故原因分析。利用Phast模擬為西方石油公司開發H2S暴露半徑風險分析的工具軟件。其他還包括跟英國石油公司,雪佛龍石油公司凤彩网官网,臺塑集團等國際知名企業開展過程安全管理,有害化學品泄漏和后果分析等方面的項目。其成果為企業提高了生產安全性,帶來了巨大的經濟和社會效益。
